If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Pack Securely

  Place the device in its original retail box with all accessories and manuals, then pack it into a sturdy shipping carton.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
